Weddings, meetings and company retreats on a working finca
The finca
Built in 1781 to bring the harvest in. Kept to bring people together.
Every June the wheat came in from the fields, was beaten on the threshing floor and tied into sheaves. The day ended at one long table. A sheaf is a garba.
The house still works the same way. You bring the people and we set the day around them: a ceremony on the Era, a working morning under the arcade, dinner in the courtyard, the last dance in the old olive mill. One event at a time, the whole finca yours.
Thirty-four rooms. The whole finca is yours for the weekend.
Stay
Guests sleep where the party is. Rooms are booked by the event, never sold to strangers that weekend, so the house is only yours.
The

FromApril
ToOctober
One wedding a weekend, the whole finca and its thirty-four rooms for you and your guests. If it rains, the ceremony moves to the Almazara and nobody gets wet.

Company retreats and meetings, away from the office and close to the airport.
Twelve to a hundred and twenty
A plenary in the Almazara, workshops under the arcade, a board in the tower.
Work, eat, sleep in one place
Mornings in session, lunch in the courtyard, the rooms a few steps away.
Quiet, and connected
Fibre in every space, screens and sound in the Almazara, no other group on the estate.
Fifty minutes from the airport
We arrange the transfers, the dietary list and a walk through the olives at four.
For planners
Every space, every setup, in one table
Floor plans in PDF and DWG, load-in times, power and the technical sheet of the Almazara: ask for the planner pack.
The Almazara
The kitchen
One long table, whatever the day
Our cooks work with the garden, the fire and the oil pressed down the road. Every menu is set with you a month before, with the allergies and the late arrivals on it.
Plan your event
Put your day together, hour by hour, on the plan of the finca
Choose the moments, place each one in a space and watch the chairs set themselves for your number of guests. Keep the programme and preview the request an events team would use to prepare a quote. This demo sends nothing.

- 2How many come and how many stay

I read every request myself, usually the same day. Send me the programme as you imagine it; we will make it fit the finca.
